How do I get an end of day report?

Tap the 3 lines on the till and select ‘End Of Day’.

Press 'OK' then select the tender types along the right hand side such as ‘Cash’ and key in the amount of cash taken and complete for all other types.

Once the till is showing as ‘Balanced’ in the bottom right hand side, select ‘End Day’.

Then on your A920 card machine, complete the 'End Of Day Z Report' on the Positive App.

How can I track my staff's working hours?

You can do this through 'Reports' on the Portal.

Select 'Reports' from the top tab and then select ‘Timekeeping Report’ and any other specific information such as; Store, Daily/ Weekly.

Can I group products on my till?

Yes. There are three ways you can do this. Let's use a jumper that comes in a variety of colours as an example:

  • Add a container product as ‘Jumper’ then add a List for colours to select (this will not track stock)

  • Add Jumper as a regular product then add each colour as a modifier £0 price change

  • Add jumper as container product then modifier each colour as full price

Can I add / edit till users on the physical till?

Yes, when logged in to the till as a Supervisor, select the 3 lines in the right hand corner and select ‘Staff’.

This will bring up a list of staff members and you can then add a new member by selecting ‘New’ in the top right corner.

Can I remove a product from being able to be sold when it runs out of stock?

The product can't be removed completely, but you can show on the till how many items are left/ available so the till user can see by selecting 'Yes' to ‘Show Stock Level In Product Browse.’ You can find this in Config – Profiles – Functions.

You can also set up an alert that pops up to ask if you want to sell this item that is zero stock by selecting 'Yes' to ‘Confirm selling product with Zero Stock’. You can find this in Config – Profiles –Functions.

Where can I find logs of voided items or age approvals/refusals?

You'll find this through 'Reports' on the Portal.

Select 'Reports' from the top tab and select ‘Voided Items Report’ and any other specific information such as; Store, Daily/ Weekly.
