Currently we are authorised by the FCA for consumer hire, which applies to rental of terminals for the following merchants:
(a) a sole trader;
(b) a partnership consisting of two or three persons not all of whom are bodies corporate;
(c) an unincorporated body of persons which does not consist entirely of bodies corporate and is not a partnership.
This status has been effective since the 15th February 2015.
