FAQs
Can I take cash payments?
Yes! Just click cash on your device when someone has paid and input the value. It will even work out how much change is due, and will show up on your transaction history as a cash payment.
How do I set it up?
It's so easy to set up and can be done in just 4 steps. Simply turn on your device, follow the instructions onscreen and you're ready!
Can I load my products onto the machine?
Absolutely! You can easily add products straight from the card machine and even put them into different categories. You can also manage your products and categories from your Management Portal, which can be accessed from any internet-enabled device.
I'd like to add my staff as separate users.
takepaymentsplus lets you add multiple users with their own login details. You can also manage their permissions to give them supervisor access.
Can I view my transactions?
Keep an eye on how you're performing with realtime reporting. You can view your transaction history on the device, or log into your Management Portal for more detailed reporting.
I'd like to turn off receipts, is this possible?
With takepaymentsplus, you have the option to send a text, email, or printed receipt. If you'd like to turn this off, head to the settings tab.
