Terminal delivery

If you've just joined us, welcome to takepayments! You should have received a welcome email from us, sent to the email address you provided to us when you signed up.

This will have details on when to expect your delivery, but it's usually within 3 working days of receiving your welcome email.

When will I receive my terminal?

Terminals will usually be delivered within 3 working days. Keep an eye on your email and texts from messages from your courier, through which, you can track your delivery.

What do I do when I receive my terminal?

Once you've got your terminal, please check your emails - we'll have sent you one with instructions on how to get started.

This will include a link to your terminal set up guide and any details you'll need to get up and running, such as an Acquiring MID or password (please note, not all terminals require these).

What if there's an issue with my terminal?

Getting up and running should be nice and easy, but if you have any issues at all, our Account Management Team are on hand Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm to help. Give them a call on 01606 566 600.
