Power Issue

Follow the below steps:

Unplug the power running into the base.

Flip the terminal over and take the battery out and replace making sure it clicks.

Place the terminal of the power base.

Once on, apply the power cable to the base, ensuring its plugged into a main socket, not an extension.

When the terminal is placed on the base, it bypasses the battery into the terminal.

This tests if the battery is faulty.

Did the terminal indicate that it's powering up?
