Welcome to your DX8000 set up guide

We want to make setting up your new device as easy as possible, and we can get you started in a few simple steps!

Just to note before setting up, you should ensure your device has been charged.

Get set up with your DX8000 device in 4 simple steps:

1. Power up and follow the on-screen instructions to connect to WiFi or continue with just a mobile connection.
2. Enter your 6 digit Merchant ID (you’ll find this in your welcome email and SMS).
3. Enter a Supervisor Code, make sure this is something you’ll remember.
4. You’re now ready to take payments!
