About the role:
As part of our Customer Success team, will be taking calls from our existing customers to assist with their technical enquiries. You will provide First Class Customer Service, diagnose technical issues, talking customers through actions to resolve their problems and ensuring that the customer gets an excellent journey, resolving their queries first time.

40-hour week with shifts between Mon – Fri 8am – 7pm, Saturdays 9-5, Sundays 9-1
You will work 1 weekend a month
