Businesses will be required to enter into a contract with takepayments Limited and a separate contract with an acquiring bank for the processing of the card transactions. Contracts are subject to approval. The stated card processing rates apply to the contract with the acquiring bank and are subject to status.  Other fees may apply and there may be a minimum monthly service charge.  The rates may vary during the term of the contract with the acquiring bank.

**This offer is only available to Anna Money customers who enter into a new terminal hire contract with takepayments for a takepaymentsplus terminal between [date] and [date] (inclusive). Eligible businesses will receive a discount of 50% off their terminal rental charges (excluding VAT), in respect of rental charges up to £25 per month (excluding VAT). Rental charges per terminal in excess of £25 per month (excluding VAT) will be eligible for a total discount of £12.50 discount per month per terminal. The discounted rental charges apply only for the first twelve (12) months of the contract and will be charged the full £25 per month (excluding VAT), per terminal, thereafter. No cash alternative is available and this offer is non-transferable. This offer applies only to the terminal rental charges otherwise payable to takepayments. This offer and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation is governed by, and will be interpreted in accordance with, the law of England and Wales and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Any decision taken by takepayments in connection with this offer shall be final and no further correspondence will be entered into.
