When will I get my terminal?
Once you've been accepted by your acquirer and everything is set up, we'll email you to let you know that your terminal is on its way - please allow a few working days for it to get to you.
I haven't received my terminal?
We'll let you know when we've dispatched your terminal by email. Please allow a few working days for it to arrive. If you still haven't received it, please give us a call on 01472 306 679 and we can help.
