You’ll be able to accept major credit cards and debit cards. This includes Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express.
You can also take contactless payments, Apple Pay, Android Pay and Samsung Pay with our card machines.
If you want to take card payments, you’ll need a merchant account.
It’s separate to your business bank account and it’s where funds are held whilst they’re checked and approved. Once done, the funds are then sent to your bank account where you can access it!
Don’t worry about setting this up. When you join takepayments, we’ll get this done for you free of charge with one of our acquiring partners.
