Our Customer Service Support team are responsible for liaising with customers who have recently joined takepayments and are looking support following their website launch.
Location: Home Based with 3 weeks training in Stockport. The majority of team members continue to attend the office 1 day per week following Induction training.
Salary: £20,000 plus commission
Hours: Shifts between 08:30 and 17:30 Monday – Friday.

Requirements for our Customer Service Support Consultants
· 1+ year experience in a call centre environment
· A genuine interest in design and technology
· Proven success in working to targets
· Ability to build instant customer rapport, problem solve and resolve issues.
