Terminal Recovery Executive

In our Terminal Recovery Team, you will be speaking with our Business Customers who have recently left us to recover their terminals.

Location: Home Based – Must be able to attend Stockport for 2 weeks training (travel & accommodation provided). Must also be willing to travel to Stockport for monthly team meetings.

Hours: 40 hours per week between Mon – Fri

Requirements for our Terminal Recovery Team

• 1+ year collections in a call centre environment
• Show compassion, be confident and have the ability to have challenging conversations
• Have an eye for detail and accuracy
• Professional and reliable

Responsibilities of our Terminal Recovery Team

• Speak with our customers and manage high volumes of accounts that are need to return their terminals
• Adding accurate notes, updating our systems and ensuring the correct actions are taken
• Providing an excellent service, ensuring that the customer is at the heart of everything we do
