Job Overview

About the Role:

This is an Outsourced Telesales position, working on behalf of our financial partners, our Telesales team makes calls to potential customers, offering added value to their businesses through the promotion and sales of our products and services.

Shifts are between Monday - Friday 8.30-17.30

Requirements for our Telesales Specialist

· 1+ year consistent telesales in a call centre environment

· Proven success in working to targets

· A great attitude, believing that sales is science, not luck.

· Energy and positive thinking

Responsibilities of our Telesales Specialist

• Full 360 sales cycle – Cold call to sale.
• Keep up to speed with our products and services and the rules and regulations that go hand in hand with financial services
• Match products and pricing with customer needs
• Be efficient and organised
