You will support our Account Managers to assist our customers who are in need of technical resolution. You will take the problem, troubleshoot, diagnose and fix. Whilst the main responsibility is to serve our account management team, our resolution specialists may on occasion be required to support an escalated case by contacting a customer directly, effectively helping to resolve the technical issue.

Requirements:

Responsibilities:

  • The aim of the role is to to provide a quick and effective technical resolution to issues
  • From card machines, to EPOS system and online payments, you will have a wide product knowledge to help resolve technical issues across our wide array of payment products
  • You will work as part of a team with our existing Account Managers
