Location: Work From Home - Train in Stockport

Job Overview

This is a remote position that requires training in our Stockport Office. Travel and accommodation will be provided if over 30 miles and 1.5 hours travel time. Please do not apply if you are unable to commit to training.

A Retention Coordinator provides administrative sales support to our Retention teams. Answering queries from customers and staff and providing support for the Retention Team Manager.

Requirements for our Retention Coordinator

  • High level of verbal and communication skills
  • Experience in PC literacy including Microsoft Office applications and in house platforms
  • Minimum of 1 year in a customer service/sales/targeted environment
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills are essential
  • Keen eye to detail.

Responsibilities of our Retention Coordinator

  • Be available for queries with our internal stakeholders
  • Be available for customer emails with the aim of preventing churn
  • Allocating calls to the agents for there daily duties
  • Build strong working relationship and trust with other departments and our own.  
  • Supporting retention agents
