Your role will be a combination of outbound proactive calling and managing an inbound retention line to showcase your excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
You will be responsible for ensuring that no stone is left unturned in the journey of getting it right for our customers and actively saving them from leaving.
You will be proud to exceed customer expectations by always going the extra mile and through this helping to increase our customer satisfaction scores.
You will reach and exceed Key performance indicators such as Recontracting customers and increased transactions while being empowered to manage your own pipeline of work and tasks.
You will be fluent in verbal and written English, have a good track record in Retention, Outbound Sales or other relevant call centre skills that you can demonstrate to us.
