Our department offers integrated card processing solutions to SMEs through referral or resell partnerships with business software providers. Our partners include a diverse range of software providers, resellers & lead referrers from all sectors. You will be integral to the fastest growing part of our business in a key role focused on developing and growing revenue-generating referral or resell partnerships across a portfolio of partners.

Responsibilities for our Partnership Sales Manager:

  • Develop new partnerships with key strategic partners who fit the profile of the channel
  • Nurture and develop relationships with your portfolio of accounts to drive revenue growth.
  • Create rapport with key decision makers and influencers across all levels of partners, including executive, sales, operations, and support staff.
  • Manage and Influence partners to adopt best practice to maximise customer adoption of Takepayments products and services.
  • Complete regular business reviews with your partners to set goals, identify actions and track progress towards mutually agreed objectives.
  • Design and execute Joint Business Plans for key partners.
  • Forecast and report on partner performance (including applications and campaign results) weekly to the Head of Channel.
  • Train partner sales staff to develop an effective approach to lead generation
  • Maximise partner lead volume, conversion, and revenue generation.
  • Collaborate with Partner Support to deliver consistent and reliable operational support for partners.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Takepayments products and services as they evolve, while ensuring partners also stay up to date.
  • Contribute creative and innovative ideas for driving partnership growth and business improvement
  • Ensure partners understand processes and systems, train partners to use and understand their partnership portal data.
  • Act as the interface between partners and internal Takepayments teams.
  • Problem solve on the fly, manage expectations and always put the business first.

Requirements for our Partnership Sales Manager:

  • 3+ years payments & partner management experience.
