About the Role:

Reporting to the Solutions Architect the .net developer will form part of a small in-house integrated payments development team. This team is responsible for development of our integrated payments offering which includes direct terminal communication via APIs and building our own payment gateway.

Responsibilities of our .Net Developer

·.NET Development

·Junior mentoring

·Liaising with and supporting third party developers integrating with our products

·Test and production release management

• To undertake any reasonable request as directed by your Line Manager.

Requirements for our .Net Developer

• NET / ASP.NET
• C#
• Microsoft Dev Ops / Azure
• React, or similar JavaScript framework
• Android & iOS App Dev and tools (e.g. MAUI)
• .NET CMS (e.g. Umbraco, SiteCore)
• SQL
• SSMS
• IIS – Setup, Configuration and maintenance
• Source control with GIT, SourceTree, Git Kraken or similar

Desired Experience our .Net Developer

• Ecommerce or payment gateway experience

·Ability to communicate with Business users and external clients/suppliers, translating business needs into software solutions

·The ability to establish and nurture business-like relationships with people in the business

·Ability to take responsibility for ownership, timeliness and accuracy of assigned daily tasks

·Ability to work under own initiative, within the agreed frameworks of the team

·Willingness to learn new skills with a positive pro-active approach

·First class verbal and written communication skills
