About the role:
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Learning and Development Manager to join our fast paced Customer Operations team in Stockport. As our Learning and Development Manager, you will be training our Customer Operations New Starters, this includes training and inducting Customer Service Advisors, Retentions Advisors and other Customer based roles, in order to provide a first-class, smooth journey into TakePayments. You will also pick up any upskilling and coaching of existing staff where required.
You will be working with the Recruitment Team to manage background checks, you will be working with Team Managers and Heads of Departments to provide feedback and handovers. You will be an expert in training new starters, group training, one to one coaching, providing constructive feedback and be able to deal with any difficult situations that may arise.
