takepayments are recruiting for an experienced Call Centre Customer Service Team Leader to join our growing Operations function.

Location: Home or Office Based

Salary: £23,500 - £25,000 plus monthly commission

Hours:40 Hours between between 8-7 Mon to Fri and 1 in 6/7 weekends 9-5 sat and 9-1 sun

Responsibilities of a Call Centre Team Leader

  • Supporting and developing team members within a technical support environment.
  • Collaborating with the wider management team to reduce repeat calls and customer churn.
  • Running reports and sharing daily, weekly and monthly performance data.
  • Completing quality assurance checks.
  • Resolving customer escalations.
  • Running incentives and driving a high performance culture.
  • Sharing ideas and implementing process improvements to increase the average lifetime value of our customers.

Requirements of being a Call Centre Team Leader

1+ Year Call Centre Team Leader Experience in a call centre

Ability to train, motivate and lead team of call centre Customer Service Advisors
