You are a specialist in all things complex; the business relies on you to solve challenges, both administrative and process related.  You have a high attention to detail, enjoy process orientated tasks, can communicate with customers and colleagues alike and are a reliable consistent performer. 

Location:             Stockport

Salary:                  £20,000 with commission up to £400 per month

Shifts:                  40 Hour week between Mon – Fri 8am to 5pm

Requirements for our Customer Service Administrator

  • 1+ year consistent Call Centre, Customer Service Administration
  • Experience in working under pressure to solve challenges and fast responses
  • Ability to problem solve and resolve issues.

Key tasks:

  • Completing a minimum of 100 work items per day including responding to emails and actioning tasks within our CRM system
  • Contacting customers via phone where relevant to ensure their queries are answered efficiently
  • Sending daily order files to our suppliers
  • Investigating exceptions and data issues highlighted by other business areas
  • Demonstrating a strong retention focus at all times by taking full ownership of every task
