Location: Work From Home - Train in Stockport

Job Overview

This is a remote position that requires 4-5 weeks training in our Stockport Office. Travel and accommodation will be provided if over 30 miles and 1.5 hours travel time. Please do not apply if you are unable to commit to training.

As a Customer Loyalty Executive at Takepayments, your primary responsibility is to build and maintain strong relationships with our existing customers. This is a sales-through-service role that requires you to engage with these customers, offer additional services and products that may improve their businesses, and provide ongoing support to ensure their satisfaction with our products and services.

Responsibilities for our Customer Loyalty Executive:

  • Contact existing customers to discuss additional services that align with their business needs.
  • Identify opportunities to offer additional services or products that could provide value to the customer's business.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas by successfully upselling additional services.

Requirements for our Customer Loyalty Executive:

  • Previous experience in a customer service and sales role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely from a home office.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to undergo training in our Stockport offices.
